Found cockroaches inside the room, the bathroom light wasn’t working at all, and the bed sheets were stained and dirty.

The rooms are worst than a cheap motel in the US. Beds are hard as a rock, furniture is mix matched, dirty and broken. The room smelled moldy and wet. Sink piping leaked when in use. The entire room was a bad experience and would not ever recommend this place to my worst enemy. And to top it off, they will charge you 3 percent more when paying with a debit/credit card. It was so bad we left the next morning to another Hotel. We were not given a refund for the 2nd night, so lost that money. Please save your money and book elsewhere, the pictures on Expedia is the not the rooms you are given. The place is rundown, dirty, outdated, no amenities, and moldy place. It should be 20 bucks a night at best.

Demasiado cari

La atención al cliente es buena, los empleados son amables. Sin embargo, el hotel deja mucho que desear, se nota que es una construcción antigua y no han realizado ninguna mejora. Las habitaciones no tienen sistema de seguridad en la puerta, el mini refrigerador está en mal estado, las luces del baño no sirven, la ropa de cama estaba sucia. En general estaba en mal estado. Demasiado alto el costo por noche para el estado del hotel.

Una basura de hotel

La verdad es una tristeza que hoteles.com lo tenga entre sus catálogos, el hotel es de los peores en los que me he quedado en mi vida. Camas mega sucias- con pelos y restos de las personas que ahi se quedaron con anterioridad, cucarachas adentro y fuera de las habitaciones, se ve que jamas barren o trapean pues las 3 noches que estuve ahí jamas limpiaron. Cuando llegamos no había agua en la habitación, Los empleados me cobraron 12 dólares de mas y en vez de cambiarme de habitación me dieron unas sabanas desgastadas y manchadas para que yo con mis manos cambiara las camas de mi habitación, en el baño llaves y porta jabón sucio y oxidado, el shampoo y jabon que dán, parece de broma pues la cantidad no alcanza ni para medio baño, no hay kleenex etc. en general una basura de hotel que triste que lo acepten en su página

El hotel se encuentra en muy malas condiciones sin mantenimiento ni limpieza alguna no encontré otra opción me quería salir en cuanto entre a la habitación tuve que salir a buscar cobijas limpias para poder dormir en esa cama

Este no es un hotel más bien es un motel, muy mal aspecto e inseguro . No cuenta con A/C y el clima ahí siempre es húmedo, ni siquiera me quede ahí, cancele y no hubo ningún rembolso. Pésimo servicio.

Quedé muy impresionado del buen servicio que en dos ocasiones me brindó el staff. Sé que hay personas que pueden tener algunas malas experiencias, pero las mías fueron muy buenas, con un staff haciendo lo imposible por apoyarme a conseguir lo que necesitaba, o siendo muy flexible.
