"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. "It is as advertised. Room for 3. We got a 1st floor room with minimal view. They have 3 washers but they are busy all the time. Have a few appliances to cook food if needed. Would have appreciated small coffee pods since the grocery store nearby is closed on Sunday and closes early Saturday at 5. Also be prepared to take a bus to town for all activities."

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"We didn't realize it was a school campus, but the students where all very friendly and helpful. It would of been nice to have a little more service, but all in all, it was close to the main attractions and I didn't mind the simplicity as much as my sister did. I saw the pictures first."

"Our family enjoyed staying on this mountainside cabin overlooking Lake Lucerne. Beautiful boat trip from downtown Lucerne to experience city life and nice to come back and wind down in quiet mountainside just below the summit of Mount Rigi. "This property was so beautiful-from the views to the gardens and the whole neighborhood! Very clean with full amenities. We cooked full meals during our whole stay. The neighborhood is hilly and gorgeous - close to grocery and restaurants. We used the ferry service to Lucerne - so beautiful! Stephen was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!!"
