「Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property.」

The owner and property manager were easy to reach and very responsive. Check in was easy. 「A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. 「For a Vrbo rental, I never experienced what I had experience. First to me the walkway to the so-called apartment was kind of spooky. I didn’t feel safe even though it had bars all around the house. I was able to close the door downstairs, put the door upstairs to the apartment did not close properly meaning the lock did not go in to the door frame to close the door safely. Then the bed wasn’t really a bed. It had a cheap frame on it and the mattress was cheap and I had an uncomfortable night...

「If you are looking for peace and tranquility for a semi large group, this is it. We had 11 family members and had the perfect amount of space. The area is somewhat secluded, not super close to neighbors or stores, which is what we were looking for. The perfect sound of nature is what you are surrounded with.
