"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly pathetic for the price. Overall, disappointing experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"Tiny room, but you get what you pay for in that area of Paris. Wonderfully helpful people working there, all staff from reception desk, to cleaners. If you just need a room on a budget, good option. "
