Front office staff was unattentive. Not welcoming and arrogant attitude from the start of stay until we leave. They simply didn't care about guest satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was not up to standards, the breakfast room was untidy with a mop and big water bottle left on the side. Overall the stay was overpriced according to the service standards and negative attitude from staff.

Zusammen mit meiner Frau und unserer 2 jährigen Tochter hatten wir einen sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat 2 Innen- und 2 Außenpools. Der große Außenpool ist kalt und das Kinderbecken lauwarm. Der große Innenpool (thermisches Wasser) ist zwischen 38-42 grad beheizt. Der kleine Innenpool daneben ist hervorragend zum abkühlen. Die Sauna, das Dampfbad, das Hamam und das Salzzimmer sind inklusive und perfekt zum runterkommen. Massagen gibt es für einen Aufpreis. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Erfüllt nicht alle Wünsche - könnte vielfältiger sein. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg. Dort kann man abends gut essen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden sicherlich nochmal herkommen. Für Kinder ab 6 Jahren könnte es ohne Geschwister langweilig werden im Hotel. ;)

Odaları geniş ve ferah, yatakları rahat ve manzarası harika, keyifli balkonları var. Özenli servis hizmeti, yeterli alternatifi olan leziz kahvaltısı, şık ve zengin beş çayı; titiz bir yönetimin ve tecrübeli çalışanların varlığının göstergesi. Çalışanları ile de ışıl ışıl parlıyor.
