「You needed to park, enter the building and the loft to get a fob to get into the parking garage. You needed to do that in reverse to get out and leave the fob in the apartment. A bit clunky and time consuming and would be difficult if there was no free parking spots in the alleyway. Construction in front of the building meant parking was very limited to stop and enter the building. All good otherwise.」

「For our purposes the location was great and easy to navigate to any of the areas of Edmonton that we frequented .The condo is a well designed open and bright space. Despite the number of units in the building and occupancy it is very quiet. The beds and bedding are comfortable. For a short term stay the kitchen would be adequate; however, for the length of time we were there the provisions for meal prep and clean up were minimal compared to other VRBOs we have experienced.Wifi and ROKU worked...

「It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton」

「We definately would book here again when assured there would be no plumbing and heating problems. There was an issue getting into the apartment when the code did not work but hosts responded within an hour. The space was clean and in an excellent location for us. Maybe a safety grab bar in the shower would help though and one extra towel each would be great. We were happy of our choice to stay here after all the problems were worked out. Thanks」

「A well appointed apartment with easy access for loading and unloading with the bonus of secure underground parking. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in. The bedroom nearest to 109th can be a bit noisy overnight. The apartment is easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The suite was very clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. The host kindly provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.」

「It was fine. However, I messaged the host weeks before my stay and did not receive a response until after I checked out. There were very few amenities in the unit (for example, only two towels and two wash clothes for two adults staying for four days) and kind of uncomfortable bed and furnishings. It was fine for a quick stay, very central and conveniently located.」

「Caution when booking with Contigo properties. If any issues should come up you will be met with the owner of the company speaking extremely rudely in a downward manner to female guests.Enough that he put it in writing to apologize for his tone to our family, shortly after our conversation. The apartment does not have any cooling systems in place and they are aware that the apartment gets very warm. They will tell you to open the windows but there are no screens on the windows so mosquitos are...

「GPS took me to a different house newer area but overall it was a Beautiful home and host always responded promptly if I needed them」

「Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy.」

「Instructions were easy and straight forward, host was very responsive, place was clean! No complaints 」
