Our beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom detached home is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Paisley in southwest Edmonton.

- Walking distance to the off leash Paisley dog park and playground
- 5 mins to the Anthony Henday, Windermere and 10 mins to South Common.
The Space:
- You will have access to the main floor, 2nd floor and backyard.
This home does have a completely separate basement suite. Nothing is shared between units. Maximum soundproofing added to the suite.

If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

- You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile
- A security deposit of $500 (see below) will be required
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
