"Nice clean place. Beds are good. Upstairs provides a little bit of noise but understandable as it’s a basement suite."

"It was a great stay in Edmonton. The entire place was clean, well kept, and what was great was how central the place was. The hosts were friendly and incredibly responsive to my inquiries."

"Clean, easy check in, quick responses from host."

"Wonderful little place! We stayed for a concert at commonwealth. Perfect walking distance. Host was quick with replying. Clean place. Quite neighborhood. Check in instructions clear and easy!"

"Easy check-in. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen isnt a full kitchen, just the essentials. Bathroom is decent, the shower is small for tall/big people. A lot of unfinished things in the basement (missing vent covers, missing trim pieces on floor and door, missing baseboards and such) Cleanliness is fine, nothing was dirty anywhere, just a lot of hard water stains in the bathroom. Overall a 7.5/10"
