「If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The property was beautiful and quiet. My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs. It was a very comfortable house for all of us. It was close enough for everything we wanted to do, but it was nice to be away from the very busy tourist areas. 」

「This nice little cottage in Rose Bay is convenient to Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach & the quaint town of New Smyrna. Is located in a quiet neighborhood, has a large fenced yard, is private & the owner responds quickly to communications. 」

「We felt right a home and it was close to our conference. The home was clean and it was a much better choice then staying in a hotel. We will do it again next year.」

「This home was the cleanest and best maintained vacation home I have ever rented - and I am very picky. The furniture is in great condition - not dirty or worn. Linens and towels were all very nice. The kitchen was stocked with many staples. (If you are a baker you will want to bring pans and measuring cups/spoons though-I didn't see any. There was a nice fenced in area for your pets to do their thing. Lovely sitting area in the backyard. I could go on. We will definitely stay again.」

"スタッフさんは親切でした！バス停がすぐ前なので交通も便利です。施設は古さを感じましたが、清潔でした。一度だけエレベーターが使えない時がありましたが、すぐに業務用エレベーターを案内してくれました。ビーチへのアクセスが最高なので今度はシーズン中に伺います！"
