"Absolutely loved the location and view of the river! Bar & Grill (The Placary) was super convenient to go downstairs to order dinner & a beer to bring upstairs. The breakfast was good. We could walk to restaurants and the movie theatre. Although we walked there from the Amtrak train station, when we asked about their shuttle service on the day we left due to rainy weather Hyatt did not have their shuttle service running. "The area of town the hotel is in is filled with homeless people and drugs. These people will harass you the minute you step outside the door. It’s not a safe area to be in. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Great location near downtown situated on the waterfront adjacent to restaurants. Newer hotel, but room was not clean and we were short towels. Charged for parking, but there was limited space and parked in adjacent lot and had to walk to entrance."

"The area behind the hotel was a little sketchy, in the front and large parking lot, there was security and I immediately felt better. Hotel was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s an excellent restaurant connected to the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about getting back out in traffic to find something to eat. The food was absolutely delicious!!
