「I rented 4 rooms for me and my family. 1 Room had Drugs hidden in the mattress that stunk up the room and the AC system was broken. The Pool was also closed and the breakfast was very not great. Sausages were over cooked and there was a long line to make a waffle because they only had 1 waffle iron. The ac was blowing very hard over the tables making your food get cold really fast and napkins blow away. Also their hot tube was very small and heavy bleach smell. The elevator felt like it was...

「We expected a lower class hotel for the price we paid, but the frustration we encountered was beyond what we could have guessed. One of the rooms we booked reeked so strongly of weed that we could not stay in the room longer than a few moments. The manager insisted the odor was simply the smell of new carpet, and steadfastly refused to acknowledge the stench nor refund anything. We definitely won’t return.」

「We stayed here for five nights on our trip to the Black Hills. Custer is, in my opinion, the best base for exploration. We love the town and it’s easy to get to all the sights.
As for the motel, we were overall very satisfied. The staff is friendly, the property is convenient and clean, and it was no-hassle with our pups. The grab and go breakfast was a nice touch. It’s really quite cute outside and there’s a Dollar General next door should you need anything.
