I was disappointed because pool and hot tub were drained. Half used shampoo bottle left on right side of top shower ledge I did not touch tub. Dirty plastic food lid was left on top of microwave I left it . Bed was clean and great but missed my pillow decently quiet but it was off season. Plus I’m glad I brought a travel bag with cereal and milk because if there was a breakfast I guess I only saw a few white pieces of bread and two cereals with milk in fridge not any better than eating my cereal. Room was cheap because I used my turn key cash to lower cost. Great food and drinks at the 309 Grill.

The room was extremely dirty, bathtub looked like many people had showered and no one had cleaned it the floor was brown… the beds looked like the bedding hadn’t been washed urin stains and blood on the bedding. All the amenity’s were shut down or not working. I could not bring myself and my daughter to sleep in that filthiness.

The room had dog hair all over the floors. The did not have fresh bedding on it, but was made. The floor that was in front of the Jacuzzi tub clearly had a hole in the floor and was just covered up by tile. Staff offered us a different room. That one had only 1 towel in it and shower curtain wasn’t clean.

I got there early and was refused to check in at 11:10 11:15 AM. I was told check-in was at 3 PM which I knew I wouldn’t be able to make. He refused to basically talk to me and was busy trying to help a man. I then came back at 6:10 PM to check in and nobody was there and I was told by the cleaning staff that he went to get something to eat. I did not stay there. I felt uncomfortable with the vibes. I would like my money back and he should not be in business at all.

The front and side door were broken, the hanging mirror in my room was broken off, the outside door to my room was filtjy, and the pool and hot tub were not running. They are indoor and he said they are seasonal. All outdated. The refrigerator in my room was not working. Baymont Wyndham hotelI expect a lot better. It was very disheartening. Won't be going back. I went to check out and was told to leave the key in the bowl they were closed. It was 7:45. Continental breakfast wasn't even put out.

The stay did its job. However, the room felt dusty and not cleaned recently. The pillows were definitely throw pillows and not originated for sleeping… they were so small. We found a couple bugs crawling around and a bunch of dead bugs found near the vent. The hall ways were disgusting, stains, spills, and dirt everywhere. The hotel promised a gym, it was out of order. The continental breakfast only had a waffle maker and NO COFFEE. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not offer any coffee. That was honestly my final straw. Overall, the hotel does its job to spend a night and get back on the road but it had absolutely zero amenities & dirty.

To start with the MEN'S room off the lobby had no toilet paper or seat protectors and the door could not be closed.The desk person left and people couldn't get checked in, there were no towels and no one to get them. There were two metal staves sticking out of the side of the bed.

No Coffee for breakfast, in the breakfast room. Except for scrambled eggs, the whole breakfast consisted of high-carb foods. Breads and gravy were offered. Called at the beginning of the week to ensure the pool and hot tub were working. When we arrived, neither worked. The hot tub was broken, and the indoor pool was ice-cold. The room was adequate, the bed was heavenly. The coffee in the room helped to offset the disappointment, and the staff were eager and willing to accommodate by supplying extra coffee. Outside was a fire pit that was littered, and the majority of the lights that stretched around the perimeter of the sitting area were broken.

This place had no staff. Literally, i had to wait over a hour to see a employee walk in and he said he just flew in because someone called off. Yes flew in. Much more to say like he acted like it was no big deal but ill move to breakfast that didn't happen because this same employee was on his cellphone walking around which sounded like he was also working a call service. The room was decent but the place was not properly staffed.
