Ecopa Arena

Absolutely too notch hotel, should be five star. You are taken care of before you even enter the premises. Reception staff most welcoming, all v organised. My superior room was incredible with an outdoor mini onsen, private and luxurious. Room huge, tatami mats, spotless and smelt amazing as did the lobby. Hotel onsen was the best one Ive been to, large indoors and outdoors also with cold plunge pool and sauna. Fabulous food in the evenings, full 11 course menu in a private room, so delicious and the breakfast was buffet style so catered to all needs. Shuttle bus operates regularly all day and free. I was so sad to leave!

Amazing stay, incredibly helpful staff that can’t do enough for you, lovely private Onsen in the hills. Must visit if in the area
