The staff at the hotel were excellent in their professionalism and helpfulness. The facilities were as you’d expect in a budget hotel, providing pyjamas, hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, razor, cotton buds, hairdryer etc. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel. The only negative is that the decor is dated, but that can add a little something extra to your stay to be honest. Our room, 318, had a great view of Mt Fuji.

Only stayed one night. Comfortable and clean but dated. Friendly staff. Spacious room for three people. Nice balcony space. Quick access to trains and walkable to town for dining and breakfast. Would stay again for ease and price.
