L'Audacieuse - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 5

Located in the town of Eckbolsheim, about 7.5 km from Strasbourg, L'Audacieuse is a beautiful house typical of the region ready to welcome you all year round.

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and swimming pool, it is fully equipped and will be perfect for a family on a leisure break or for employees on a business trip. Linen provided, wifi, ideal location near all shops, everything has been thought of for your comfort.

Accommodation
Decorated and fitted out in a rustic spirit, mixing wooden furniture, exposed beams and tiles, the house of 170m² spreads over 2 levels and is composed as follows

Ground floor
- A bright living room with a TV lounge and a convivial dining table for 6 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine... A second dining area is available: table with bench and chairs.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and towel dryer.

1st floor
- Two double bedrooms with double beds and storage space for your clothes
- One bedroom with a single bed for a child, teenager or adult (90x200)
- A bathroom with double washbasin.
- Separate WC

Outside
- You can enjoy the garden of about 200m² and a terrace of 30m², facing south. The garden is enclosed and has a table and chairs for 6 people, an electric barbecue.
- The covered swimming pool can be used from May to September, under favourable weather conditions (not heated).
- Possibility to park two vehicles in the inner courtyard.

Ideally located in a very pleasant area in the centre of the village, close to all the shops within 500m: bakery, butcher's, supermarket, florist, bank, pharmacy...

Adequate although a few issues

L'Audacieuse is quite comfortable, although its position does mean it isn't very relaxing. It's on a busy road & below the flight path for Strasbourg airport. It would have been good to have a better equiped kitchen in particular. More cutlery, glasses and mugs would have been good; especially with the dishwasher, we had to wash by hand regularly. Shame there were no instructions for the washing machine & generally there was a lack of information specific to domestic arrangements (equipment, external/local services etc.)

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Für unseren Hund war das 1.OG tabu. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man schon für die Gassirunde im Grünen. Wie konnten sogar den Pool nutzen, auch wenn er noch 'frisch' war. Die Übergabe klappte super! Sehr nett und hilfsbereit!"

Wir wollten einen Kurzurlaub mit Hund in Strassburg machen. Das Haus war ideal. Ca. 15 Min. zur Trambahn Station zu Fuss. Ca. 30 Min. mit der Tram zu Petit France. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig. Für unseren Hund war das 1.OG tabu. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss ist man schon für die Gassirunde im Grünen. Wie konnten sogar den Pool nutzen, auch wenn er noch 'frisch' war. Die Übergabe klappte super! Sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Wir waren für ein paar tage in Straßburg und hatten diese Unterkunft gebucht. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für spontane Anfragen sofort da. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

L'Audacieuse "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt 🙂 Sehr gemütliches Haus mit sehr großzügigen Zimmern. Sehr nette Gastgeber und sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum gab es über die Weihnachtstage. Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Lage in der Nähe von Strasbourg. 🙁 Die Betten in allen 3 Schlafzimmern (140cm) sind für 2 Erwachsene große Personen eng. Aus der Inneneinrichtung könnte man mehr machen (schon etwas älter). Die Straße ist teilweise sehr befahren und laut, die Fenster isolieren jedoch gut."

L'Audacieuse "Unterkunft ist privat und wird von den Eigentümern sehr gepflegt. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert, ebenso die Verabschiedung. Im Sommer wäre da noch ein Pool, welcher zur Wohnung gehört. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, die Strassenbahn nach Strasbourg ist zu Fuss ca. 1 km weg, also gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

Talon läheisyydellä on leipomo, lihakauppa, ihana ravintola, kauppa ja tietenkin pizza/kebab paikka. Leipomo oli auki joka päivä aamusta lähtien. Huoneen olivat isot ja talosta löytyi kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja kaksi WC. 🙁 Huoneet olivat isoja, mutta parisängyt todella ahtaita ja niissä oli tupla peitto."
