Room, staff and amenities were great. Breakfast buffet should be reviewed for some improvement opportunities. Bedding and family room layout was very comfortable. Great hair dryer and complimentary body, shampoo and conditioner too! Boys loved the pool and I enjoyed the small gym. If I could do it again, I would have made a plan for transport from the Central station (after Skybus drop-off) with our luggage (travelled with 2 kids) to the hotel when we arrived. It's not a long walk from the but it was after I became lost and flustered in a big city with 2 kids that were running out of steam haha.

Return visitor within a week for St Kilda Film Festival. Coming back next month so I’ve already rebooked.

After a long flight landing in the morning the staff was very good to check me into my room. No fuss very great full, needed the rest. I wanted to check out late at 7 pm. They requested a full price of 1 night. This was a bit steep. Was quite happy to pay 50 to 60 AUD , but no worries.

The Howey is perfect for an inner city stay! The rooms are immaculate, staff are friendly and the parking nearby is really handy.
