"OK, so first of all, I was looking for a place to stay near TD Bank Arena for just night something reasonable so I wasn’t really expecting much for one night. The price was $104 which on a Saturday I thought was excellent and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised even though the place looked dated the room was nice and clean and smelled fresh I actually had arrived early and they were able to let me check in only 15 minutes from the Colosseum so that worked out perfect. Plenty of restaurants not very far family negative I would say was that the doors were very thin so you heard everything in the hall during the night but if you ask me what I stay there again for what I was looking for the answer is yes"

"$20 to park is too expensive and is a money grab. This should have been included in the price for a suburban hotel. The pool was a nice addition and our kids loved it. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. We only received 1 towel for showering (the pool has separate towels). I called the front desk and couldn’t get through. Starbucks is nice but the staff is very slow. There were 4 people in line and it took about 25 minutes to get a black coffee at 7am. People were loud in the hallways until about 1am. I’m not trying to confront people drinking in the hallways. Again, the front desk phone should be answered to resolve these types of things."
