"I was skeptical about the hotel after reading some reviews, so i upgraded the rooms to hopefully avoid the same problems. Awful rooms. Though there are restaurants and shopping available - the rooms are small and old. The brown couch in our room had white splotches all over it (disgusting). Each bed (two twins) had one very small pillow on it. The rooms were expensive and the worst of the three hotels we stayed at while in Japan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. "

"Great position for early morning flights. Clean room with comfy bed, although I was too hot - had to take the Dona out of the cover and just have the sheet. Was a bit disappointed the spa bath was not complimentary to hotel guests"

"Hotel is secure need key card to access upper floors and can only go to you room floor. Safe clean perfect area close to a lot of sights!! Highly recommend "
