"Great staff, very clean"

"CONS: The air conditioner in our room did not work. When my husband tried to call, the phone was not working either. He went down to the front desk to make them aware of the AC. A maintenance person was sent quickly and he was able to get the AC going. My husband asked him about the phone, and he stated the phone system was down. The design of the shower in our room was not practical. The stationary showerhead was placed so that it sprayed directly onto the shower curtain which then ran onto the bathroom floor leaving it standing in water...the showerhead was not adjustable. Thankfully, there was a handheld showerhead...just not as convenient in my opinion. The toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper constantly fell on the floor. PROS: Our room was a nice size and included double beds and a large couch. The bathroom was sizeable as well. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and the towels were nice compared to other hotels in this price range. The breakfast was outstanding...lots of variety and was available at 5:30 a.m.! The hotel is located near the airport and offers a free shuttle! The shuttle was on time and the driver did a great job! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would have no problem staying here again!"

"This is a beautiful house in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It has a nice fenced backyard that is great for dogs and kids. The gaming room was great if you have a gamer with you. Had to contact the host and got immediate response. Great place for a stay in Denver. Would definitely go back."

"Beautiful town house in Commerce City. Robin was an excellent host with prompt communication & good hospitality. She had to spend extra time cleaning from the prior guest which caused a check in time later than expected, so she gave me a gift card for the inconvenience & offered a late checkout. There were a few small repairs needed from the prior guest's but overall the stay was perfect. Comfortable, clean & close to all Denver attractions. I would absolutely stay again when traveling to the area! Thank you Robin"

"Recovering from surgery, TV’s everywhere. Tons of cooking utensils and a grill. Nice walking trails and huge grocery store within a mile. So much better than a hotel! Would definitely stay again."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. If you can imagine, the pictures down play it. The neighborhood was great. Even if you dont golf, the mountain view and watching the golfers is awesome [Just be on the lookout for stray golf balls lol]]. The customer service frim VRC is top notch. This my second time renting from this company and the reason I returned was the service. They respond via text in minutes and take as long as need to resolve and issue or answer questions. Even dumb ones like "how do these blinds work" lol. I will definitely stay with VRC for all group travel in the future. I could go on about much more but im sure you get it, no complaints."
