「This cute home is in a little side neighborhood in town with plenty of parking and an easy walk across the park to a mill building with a couple of favorite haunts: two breweries, a circus school, art and fitness studios. The walk to downtown is a bit further, but doable. The house had ample room for sitting and visiting separate form the cooking and eating space in the kitchen and there was plenty of room in the bedrooms to spread out our luggage bags.」

「I was in Massachusetts for a dog competition in Northampton. This was the perfect spot. Easy to get to Northampton. Many good restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Veracruzana)some walkable. I felt safe as a lone female. Home was as advertised. Clean and all the necessities provided. Greatly appreciated the dog friendly accommodations!!」

「This is our second time staying in The Clearing. It's one of our all-time favorite stays. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We could live in this comfortable house. It's charming and well-appointed with everything you'll need. The bed is comfortable. Sit on the screened-in porch and look at the mountain in the distance. Read a book or go for a hike. 「Loved everything about the caboose. Immaculately clean and the attention to detail. The only problem is the beds. They have the old metal springs which one of the most uncomfortable and painful sleeping experiences of my life. Maybe ok for little kids but not a person in their 50’s. We ended up sleeping in the 2 chairs. Area did not have too much but I did love watching the functional trains across the back area. I would give my review 5 stars except for the beds.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was the perfect location and size for us while we were vendors at the Big E. The condo itself is large and spacious with comfortable beds, tvs in the living room and two bedrooms, a fully stocked bathroom with laundry, a beautiful kitchen with a fridge with ice maker and water capability. 「7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. 「From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming.
