「All 8n all, Excellent」

「Very good hotel and location. All market and food places near by. Near time I will Book again .」

「The location of the hotel is just average, and the facilities are quite old. When I first arrived at the front desk, no one attended to me. The staff also asked me to pay an additional RMB 1,000, but later realized that it was a mistake because I had already paid for my stay online. There were no tissues or clothes hangers in the room. The only tissues provided were by the bathroom sink. The complimentary bottled water was Binglu, one of the cheapest brands in China. Other than these issues,...

「The hotel staffs were very friendly and willing to help on anything. The pick-up service from Baiyun Airport was very smooth even though our flight was delayed and arrived on midnight. The room is very spacious and clean. I would definately come back on the next trip. Thank you so much!」

「great」

「The hotel is in a great location — easy to get anywhere, with a subway station right downstairs. The room is stylishly designed, free of mold or any unpleasant odors, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are always warm and friendly, and they offered us helpful suggestions for our itinerary.」

「Let me get this straight-the hotel is wonderful, but small things adds up. At the counter I needed to "argue" with the personal to actually get my type of the room. We were able to to get nice room but it was definitely not smooth. The breakfast that we purchased is "different" compare to big chains and definitely more on a "local" side. We skipped it a few times. Coffee machine was broken. ( no froth milk). The rooms inside are spacious and modern. Good water pressure. One star was removed...

「Parfait bien situé propre, bien entretenu」
