This was a last minute stopover hotel for us. Having flown for 10 hours and discovered that our connecting flight was postponed for 15 hours, this hotel was a godsend. It was close to a shopping mall where we found Din Tai Fung; delicious! The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a log. Breakfast options were amazing. 10/10!

What an amazing hotel! The manager Rocky was fabulous . The food, the room, the spa and the whole stuff was amazing. It’s highly recommended. I love my stay in Ritz Carlton.

Best facility in newer part of Guangzhou, right across from Cantor tower. Very attentive service with good gym and restaurant inside. We appreciate Freya, assistant guest relationship manager for her pleasant assistance.
