「I am a very honest person, and unfortunately this stay was a bit uncomfortable at first. Upon arrival, the property was not clean and appeared to have been used by previous guests, which was frustrating since we were hoping to rest.However, the host responded very quickly and kindly to our urgent situation and was able to relocate us to another property that met our original agreement.
