「The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up and down five flights of stairs and walk them every time we left. The room wasn’t very clean—the floors were dirty, and it looked like the bed hadn’t been properly cleaned from the previous guests.
The hot tub was closed, and despite staff saying it had just broken, it looked like it had been out of service for quite some time. The pool was also much smaller than expected.
