「Only stayed overnights I can't review any amenities but overall enjoyable..would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I'm in town.」

「Definitely a unique hotel in a sea of exact same corporate chains」

「The room was lovely and the staff was wonderful. The bed and pillows could have been better but I was told they'd be looked into.」

「Originally assigned to a room that was practically in the lobby, so you heard every conversation from there. We asked to be moved to another room. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The bathroom in the second room was not cleaned very well. We had to leave early, and were given a refund for the remaining night we did not stay, for which we were thankful for, also.」

「The hotel is clean and nice , Also, bed is clean and comfortable. Everything is fit my expectations.」

「Clean, comfortable bedding with great staff.」

「Great facility! Clean and quite!」

「Everything went well except the front desk needs to work on welcoming all guest once they walk in. that’s the only thing they lack on」

「We reserved an accessible room at Comfort Inn Aiken’s Center. Initially, we were pleased: the room was well maintained, and the accessible shower was excellent. However, minutes after settling in, we noticed an annoying cricket-like noise coming from the AC unit. We tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was...

「Room was very nice and clean. The goal of any hotel is to present a room that looks like you are the first one to stay in it. You were 9 out of 10 on that one. Only issue was that house keeping didn't top off the body wash container in the shower as it was completely empty.」

「We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.」

「We had an amazing stay and will be back! The rooms were clean and comfy and staff were very helpful.」
