「Great customer service」

「We have stayed at this hotel for many years to attend a annual fund raiser. The condition of the property was in major decline, dirty and in major maintenance neglect. The biggest issue was there was no hot water in the entire hotel, making preparation for this event very difficult. After communicating with management we have been gohsted. We will not be returning and recommend that you stay elsewhere in Roswell.」

「the room was clean and comfortable.」

「Todo súper bien」

「For over $100 for one night’s stay, I will never stay here again. The carpets down the hall to our room were the first sign of filth. Then, when we got into our room, I know the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was pee on the toilet seat. The beds sheets and blankets were not cleaned. The carpets in the room were no better than down the hall. So gross!」

「The pillow ls were like full size pillows not them small cheesy pillows. They also had to go bags for breakfast muffins. Great place to stay. I guess my only complaint was the traffic noise. But I was a great stay.」

「Clean hotel and nice pool!!」
