「Stayed w/family for a baseball tourney! Really enjoyed the stay, kitchen well equipped, games the kids enjoyed so much we did not turn on the TV once! The hot tub was nice also. Close to restaurants and stores. I did have an issue with the grill not working so I cooked everything on the stove but host reimbursed for the inconvenience. Downside, there are spiderwebs on almost every light post on the deck and rails so I had to tell the kids not to touch the rails just to be safe. Also deer poop...

「This property is a great location if you’re going to go hiking in Sugaright Canyon or Capulin volcano. The Oasis and Pappas’ Sweet Shop had some of the best green and red chili I’ve ever had! The dinosaur tracks at Clayton Lake were also impressive! 」

「The house was wonderful! FULLY stocked kitchen! We loved that you could easily walk to the downtown area. We even had a herd of elk go right behind the cabin one night! 」

「Only issue was the central heat went out, had to use space heaters and the gas fire place which wasnt too bad, we are in the forest after all :D ill want to stay here again, gorgeous scenery, VERY large place.」

「It’s was a cute cabin but there was not tissue paper dish soap or scrubbers to wash dishes I had to go buy that stuff. The cabin was very dusty and can tell it doesn’t get maintained very often. 」

「I loved the views from this cabin. Gorgeous! Internet was very spotty with a low signal throughout the home. Had to figure out electricity as well, the whole front of the cabin had no power but resolved with breakerbox. Outside lights weren't working but figured out how to turn on the second night. Overall a good stay with minor inconveniences! Everything is less than 10 min away so that was a huge plus. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home so much. It was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen in case we’d decided to buy groceries, excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, covered off-street parking, and had a private “in the woods” feel even in its neighborhood setting.
