「The check in process was very easy and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Wine glasses were the only thing missing, in my opinion. This was a very minor thing and really not a big deal since other glasses were available to use. 」

「Great location walking distance to the bridge and activities for the whole family. Great Thai restaurant nearby. The place was very clean and cozy decorated. We were with 6 people including two kids and there was a queen air mattress we put in the living room. 」

"3泊4日でオマハを家族3人で楽しみました。最後の1泊をダウンタウン近くのホテルで空港までの送迎がついているホテルが希望でマグノリアを選びました。チェックインには少し早い時間でしたが、空港にレンタカーを返すために荷物を置かせてほしいとフロントで話すと、快くチェックインしてくれました。その時のスタッフは男女1名ずつでとても優しかったです。その際、空港にpm3時に迎えに来てもらうようにリクエストしました。実際3時過ぎても来なくて、やっと来たと思い、リクエストしたことを運転手に話すと、「どこのホテル？」と取り合ってくれず、飛行機のクルー達を優先的に乗せて確認してくれませんでした。諦めてタバコを吸ってると、乗って良いと言ってきましたが、不信感はMAXでした。帰りの送迎バスも、同じような感じで荷物を積むのも自分たちでやりました。これではチップも払いたくありません。フロントの方は、とても感じが良く、私のたどたどしい英語にも耳を傾けてくれましたが、送迎バスを利用しないのであれば、次回も利用したいくらい部屋も広くて良かったんですが、モヤモヤが残る旅でした。行きのバスの運転手は、私が気分を害してることがわかったのか、いろいろ話しかけてきましたが、話す気分ではありませんでした。電話で送迎バスをリクエストするのに不安があったので、2日前くらいからメッセージを送りましたが、ホテルからの返信はありませんでした。 "
