"When we checked in we noticed our fridge wasn't cooling properly, and we felt like our room was warm. We attempted to turn down AC on machine b/c we didn't notice the wall control (and we managed to disrupt the wireless pairing they had done from the wall control to the unit). Despite the manager very obviously being on her way out the door she took the time to come to our room personally to reestablish the AC bluetooth/wifi connection and provided us towels so we could thaw our refrigerator...
