"I didn't like that the sink wasn't working at first, but when I called downstairs they took care of it immediately. The only reason why I'm saying something is that they knew I was coming, so they should have made sure that the room was in 100% pristine shape."

"I was a little apprehensive due to some other reviews. However, I was presently surprised. The Chamber Suites are awesome in size and the beds are comfortable all in all i don’t have any complaints except some of the staff have some attitude and dont seem to love what they do. If I had to come back and stay i would most definitely AND if you love a kettle in your room (rare in USA hotels) you’ll get one here. It is a little out of the French Quarter but that’s not a bad thing."

"Perfect location for visiting New Orleans. Staff was very helpful and room was clean. Originally booked a balcony room through Expedia but when we arrived we had at first floor room. Not sure why that was. I was charged $160 on my credit card upon arrival. I was told that was for incidentals. Upon check out the charge was supposed to be reversed. We will see if that happens. Most hotels put a hold on your card and do not charge. However, the stay was nice. I do recommend the hotel."
