「Fantastic location, room updated but still rough around the edges...issues were.lack of staffing related possibly. First we thought we were staying at a location with amazing amenities, most were not open. Pool was closed all weekend which was a big part of choosing place. The room was not serviced all weekend and we weren't notified about that prior but when packing to leave found a sheet with a list stating no weekend housekeeping and if you wanted clean towels or garbage out it had to be...

「The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable except for the flat pillows. We had very poor tv for both nights. It was frustrating that we couldn’t watch the nba playoffs on either tv because their satellite had poor reception. The front desk never answers the phone so I went down to the desk and the employee was reading and eating pizza. The second night they didn’t answer because they were folding laundry. 「What a wonderful experience! Amy was the best host ever. The setting is stunning with the rolling KY hills and Highland Cattle grazing around the cabin. It is a small rustic cabin, but so enjoyable! 」

「Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.」

「チェックインの時のフロントの人はやる気なさそうに、奥の部屋から出て来た。しかし翌朝のチェックアウトの時のフロントの人は感じがよかった。 朝食エリアの前のグリーンが気持ちよく、前は森と言うのもあり、朝食が気持ちよくいただけました。 道路を渡った向こう側にはWalmartもあり便利です。」

「Very clean and spacious room. No one was at the office when I arrived and that was a bit disconcerting. Didn't know what to do as it was locked and someone pulled up. There's a number to call and they said it was a wrong number. Otherwise room was clean and quite. Will use again. No vending machines..」
