"We had a great stay here last week! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast delicious, the bed and room super comfy and the best shower in our trip to Austria and Italy! Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics."

"This was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable but could have done with some air conditioning as we had to leave the balcony door open to get cool air in and since the external building lights are on through the night it made the room very bright. The staff were friendly. We didn't use any of the restaurants as they didn't cater for vegetarians. The bathroom was clean but it had a very small shower cubicle which made it uncomfortable to shower in which was a bit unfortunate as the bathroom...

"The hotel is lovely, staff helpful and very clean. Breakfast has lots of options to choose from. The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. Overall, was a good experience"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was spacious. Very clean. Only 10 minute walk to town on a bike/walk path. Restaurant menu limited but delicious. One of better breakfasts I have had. Hotel is older and quaint. I enjoy well maintained older hotels as I think they have character."

"Beautiful and quiet little spot in the Dolomites. We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the lake and surrounding peaceful area. The breakfast was great and staff helpful. The only cons : be aware that Expedia doesn't say the check in times correctly. you can't check in until 5:30 because there is no one there but it says check in from 2. one side of our double bed/ mattress was pretty saggy. The other side was fine. Everything else was great! "

"Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk…. "
