But again on our last day the toilet did not work which was a little frustrating when in a bit of a rush to checkout for flights. Reported it again on our check out Otherwise, this hotel is beautiful"

"The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it’s small and a sauna on site. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area."

"Only one chair with a large table in a family room. Would be good to have at least 2 chairs. Bathroom was great, room very clean and good amount of space. Reception staff could do with some further train. Pre-check in is a waste of time. "
