"The Hostel is situated on elevated ground pretty far from the train station. So if you have a luggage, you will have to lug approximately 2KM and uphill to the property. Otherwise, the front reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is pretty good compared to many other hostels"

"The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke...

The washing machine did not work but Alex did take our laundry to another apartment. No iron, ironing board or safe as specified. Shower in one bathroom needs attention runs all the time. No kettle or anything to boil water in. We had paid and then they said our card had been rejected, totally the wrong card...
