Perfect place , amazing hosts, gosh the apartment was spectacular I didn’t wanna leave. Perfect location walking distance to everything. Very well-maintained hotel apartment in Granada. We had initially reserved another property, but we found its condition very unpleasant and had to leave. I found Mosaiko Homes on Expedia, booked it for 2 nights, and headed straight to it. Since my booking was last-minute and the type of unit I had booked wasn't ready since the cleaners had left for the day, we were greeted by the owner, and upgraded to a penthouse unit. We loved that the building had a washer/dryer, elevator, great AC system and all the amenities we needed. Definitely will come back and recommend!

Loads of character and charm

Luis was extremely helpful and excellent communication via whats app. Great location close to the cathedral, shops, restaurants, etc. There’s a small grocery store steps away and a great breakfast spot. The building has been restored yet maintains a vintage feel with loads of character. the apartment is bright, spacious and very clean. The bed is large and comfortable with good pillows. parking is an easy walk with good access to highway. can’t fault anything!

The place was gorgeous and spotless clean. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Location is perfect. Everything is beautifully decorated and designed and the mosaics are outstanding. They took the extra extra mile to make sure we are all set. Would recommend a million times.

Great stay close to everything!

This property was fantastic. Great communication from the hosts before and during the stay via whatsapp. The location was busy, in downtown Granada which meant it was so easy to walk to everywhere, including the main train station and buses to Sierra Nevada. The wifi was fast, and the smart tv meant you cpuld put on music or netflix or whatever. The kitchen was basic, but there was a decent sized fridge, a pot and a pan. I recommend earplugs as the street lifw can go until very late, but this is part of the experience!

As other reviews have stated, really excellent location with lively bars/restaurants nearby and very walkable to attractions. A grocery store across the street was also helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, with a good view, and well sound proofed / quiet, with blackout window coverings in the bedroom. Really no complaints at all :)
