"Veey comfortable and friendly staff"

"The reception area was welcoming. We were upgraded from a standard room overlooking the beach - I would hate to see what the standard room looked like. Our room was clean but very out-dated and tired looking. The shower cubicle was surrounded by mould and the bathroom windows could not open. As you looked out of the window all you saw was bird muck everywhere. The windows were single glazed so you heard everything outside. The breakfast was self service and okay. If you are vegetarian you had to order your sausages. The coffee was good and the staff were very friendly. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the stunning view, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "

"Good location for eateries and shops and access to beach. Bus stops close by to get into Eastbourne, but be aware that they are not frequent. The open top bus tour is a must. Everyone we met were super friendly and helpful about things to do during our stay. Comfortable stay overall."
