"Room had three single beds with very white linen, although my son found a very faint stain on his. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Shower very powerful! View was of a side street so not a seaview, which was disappointing. It's about 1km to town so not far, and there is a row of shops including a Sainsbury's and fish and chip shop behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the stunning view, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. "Everything about the flat was excellent.We have never had to collect keys from a different location and having had to give an arrival time added pressure to the journey.Check out time on leaving was stated as 11am both on the website and an e-mail received prior to arrival but was changed to 10am whilst staying there.We had a lovely time in Eastbourne, unfortunately the weather wasn't too kind but the flat was comfortable and cosy on the bad days.. "

"Good location for eateries and shops and access to beach. Bus stops close by to get into Eastbourne, but be aware that they are not frequent. The open top bus tour is a must. Everyone we met were super friendly and helpful about things to do during our stay. Comfortable stay overall."
