"We were welcomed warmly to the hotel.Our room was huge and looked directly onto the beach. There was a choice of bath and shower or level access shower. All the staff we met were friendly and the reception area has been refurbished since our last stay with a new breakfast room and bar. The room was clean with good heavy curtains. "

"Excellent stay at the Sheldon B&B. Nice comfy bed, good room amenities, blisteringly fast WiFi superb choice for breakfast. Nice and quiet area, parking to rear of place (headroom permitting). Well run place with friendly staff and owners, nothing bad to say, and very reasonably priced. When working down Eastbourne again, will defiantly book again. "

"A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "
