"I liked that even though there was an apartment next to this one, it was vacant, so it was very quiet at night. The apartment is off of a main road so it made it easy to get in and out. I had everything available that I needed in the surrounding area. The owners checked-in often to see if I needed anything. "Apartment was simple and adequate for our needs. Internet was good. The location doesn't get any better. Walking distance to Cherry Street/15th Street. You could stay a week and walk to a different restaurant each day for a great meal. Coffee house on Cherry Street for coffee and breakfast."

"We loved our stay at this property. We were in Tulsa to run races at the Golden Driller Marathon at the nearby Tulsa River West Festival Park. The apartment was very comfortable, especially for recovering after our races. The location is great with inviting restaurants within walking distance. "Overall, We would stay again. The shower door was a challenge because it leaked into the corner onto the floor. I could not speak with the property manager because the link would not work. The link to communicate needs to be fixed. The place is darling, and I definitely would highly recommend it. "

"We stayed for our anniversary and wanted to explore Downtown Tulsa. This place was perfect!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars plus a nice 5 minute walk to downtown! The view from the sliding window/balcony was freaking awesome!!"

"We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in."
