「I saw someone else write a review that said it was weird the curtains didn't go all the way down in the window area and they were right, which was a bit odd... Also the doors to the rooms are HEAVY! I wouldn't allow my senior father to handle the door at all as I didn't trust they wouldn't knock him over. On one of our two mornings, the breakfast ladies...

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lobby was immaculate! Breakfast was delicious. :) I do think the room could have been cleaned a bit better (I kept finding random black hairs, and I myself do not have black hair). Thank you for a great stay.」

「Very Clean, Great staff and Location」

「Our family has been using American Inn in Branford, CT as a rest stop to visit my wife's mother in New Hampshire. It is a short trip (under 2 hours) to get a head start out of the New York metro area after evening rush hour. All rooms are accessed from the outside right in front of your parking space. They have two queen beds and rooms are always clean... and the price is right 😉 It is perfect for our trip!」
