「The house was amazing. It was set in such a beautiful place, exactly how the photos portray it. The staff were wonderful. Anna made us breakfast every morning and most of our dinners which were better than anything we ate out of the house. Henry was so kind and helpful and, Isabel kept the house looking amazing. The beds were very comfortable as well. This was a perfect place for our large family with children and we would definitely rebook in the future 」

「The villa itself is really nice and spacious, and the pool was clean. Unfortunately, we had several issues that made our stay difficult. The Wi-Fi didn’t work although it was listed, we had no internet. The water also stopped working on the top floor during our stay, which was especially hard because we were getting ready for a wedding and many of us had to go without showers. The host was aware of the problem and tried to address it, but it continued. With these fixes, it could be a great stay.」

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences."
