「Staff in restaurant were a bit stuck-up and were not very friendly. The rest of the staff was pretty friendly in the hotel. The people in the bar also need to improve on their social skills and treat guess nicer. Many times you would go to the bar and they wouldn't even greet you. They would just say "what do you want drink", no smile or greeting or I'll be right with you or anything like that. Needs a lot of improvement in this area.」

「Firstly the food at the buffet is amazing, we actually canceled a few reservations just so we could eat here more. So many options, and all amazing. Special mention to Altagracia just by the entrance, the loveliest person at the resort. Apart from that, the resort is very beautiful and well designed. Staff are professional and friendly. Beach is beautiful. This is a truly fantastic resort, 5 stars in all regards. 」

「Really good Spa please go for a massage, rooms very very clean and comfortable (great job housekeeping) entertainment team average, service in restaurant and buffet Server's are amazing they tried but just can keep up with the volume need a lot more people to help, having the F&B director cleaning tables NO a good look and the food it's ok if you're very hungry Plenty chairs at the pool and beach and I loved the amount of towels!!!! Never ran out of clean towels 」

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences."
