"This place is amazing! I stayed here with my two sons in a two bedroom apartment-style unit. Overall, the facility is great, a luxury apartment on a property that felt like being in a national park. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pools were large and luxurious with pool-side bars. On-site dining in room service were also great. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful place, the food was not that expensive and they even have a small store in case you need to buy something. There are a place to rent snorkeling gear which it’s totally worth it cause the corals and the fish at the beach are amazing, you can even swim with turtles"

"Heron Island is amazing destination but the property is starting to look tired. It is very expensive to eat, 1 restaurant (breakfast, lunch&dinner)& 1 bar, opens at 10am with limited food if fridge works!!. Same breakfast everyday is $35pp. Cafe style coffee for 2 $15, didn't have lunch. Dinner for 2 with 2 drinks and 1 dessert around $100. "The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."
