"Unfortunately, a few things fell short of what we expected. The lobby and elevator seemed to be under construction and weren’t air conditioned, which was uncomfortable. It was also a bit confusing figuring out exactly where to use the key fob, and it took some trial and error to figure out the light switches. We also had to contact the host about the washing machine (which is also a dryer) since it wasn’t even plugged in.Cleanliness was our biggest concern — it felt like the unit had a rushed...
