「the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested. the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels.
