The front sliding door was broken and had a sign indicating that it should be opened and closed manually. (Glass sliding door) The wifi was off the entire night. And around 930 pm the fire alarm went off. That continued until about 945. Then it rang again at 1030 or so. There was no communication about danger or should we evacuate. Also the toilet seat was broken and the water only ran warm. The staff was friendly enough and the sheets were clean, so that was ok. I was disappointed but in a pinch would return hoping for better results. The clean sheets and price saved it.

The room is quiet snd the bed is very comfortable but the pillows suck. So bring your own pillow but the kitchen was great to have. The breakfast was very delicious

Customer service needs improvement.

The good: I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that this property offers both complimentary breakfast AND supper, and the supper menu was, for the most part, very good. The not-so-good: The hot breakfast meat items were empty every morning when I went down to have breakfast. The staff were extremely slow to replenish them. My co-worker waited 45 minutes before giving up. When I was ready to check out, nobody was at the front desk. As per the instructions on the sign, I rang the bell.l and waited. After ringing and waiting three times with no response, I left a note saying what had happened and when I would return. While the staff member did apologize for the earlier non-response, had I been in a hurry or late for work, it would have been a major problem.

The property needs a lot of maintnence upgrads and the breakfast was not sufficient for a bunch of athletes staying for a sports event. They also charge 50.00 extra per person in the room. Bast rate only includes 2 people. We thought this was pretty sneaky and were not impressed.

It's a nice and decent hotel for the environment, i luv the fact that they are considerate, the other hotels i have visited so far,they start their breakfast at 6am,but theirs is 5am because of people that going to work. So overrall its a good one for me and my family.

Front door of hotel doesn't open, keycards regularly fail to work, water is not drinkable, body wash was out in the shower, shower was weak, continental breakfast fridge was 68° Farenheit so the milk and yogurt were disgusting... I wanted to like it, but it was mostly unpleasant.

This is an average property, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Glad it was only a 1 night stay. Parking Lot is rough although it appears there was equipment there to address this. Breakfast offered was not appealing at all. Coffee was terrible. Staff were very friendly but the whole place seems a little run down. Price is right for what you get.

Bed bugs!!!

I found a pile of bed bugs in my bed. I stay in hotels lots for work and this was the first time I experienced it. Thankfully I was able to get a different room. And it was fine. Rooms smell musty and could be cleaner. Was very put off by the bed bugs!!
