"The "breakfast buffet" was awful. It was sausage, eggs, and cereal. I wasn't expecting a 5-star resort buffet, but this was absolutely awful and should not be called a buffet. I wouldn't even call it a continental breakfast."

"There were no ameneties no water fountain . I had an issue with my room bathroom door for locked and they didn’t have maintenance nor did the contact me to change rooms or care if I and a bathroom to use my brother came to use a device to unlock it from outside"
