「cozy little get away that ticks all the boxes for a clean and comfortable place to stay in the verdant melrose area. would definitely return again!」

「Amazing home! Great stay for my wife and I on our 2 year anniversary! We loved the hot tub and the pedal boat! Seems like a great spot to bring friends next time!」

「Great place.」

「The house was very cute, fully stocked in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. It was so pleasant to wake up and walk out to the porch and have piggies, turkeys, and cats in the front yard. My morning walks with my toddler consisted of coffee, feeding the animals carrots and petting her new favorite animal, a donkey, named Dexter! 10/10 reccomend and we will certainly be back again. Thank you Elaine for being a wonderful host and most kind.」

「the amenities were great and the ac」

「Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

「This suited our needs perfectly. Clean, pet friendly, reasonable rates and minutes from Shands hospital. Cheaper than a hotel and has washing machine/dryer which was a big plus. David, the host, replied immediately to my question at check in. No complaints here. Thank you for the hospitality.」

「Absolutely amazing trip!!! Host was 10/10 with being available and helpful! We loved the views and kayaks!」

「Great spot」

「Rodents, Empty propane tank - host made guest refill. And Host never reimbursed Guest for the propane refill.HVAC would not get below 80 degrees.Pictures do not match what is actually in the home.」

「Great spot and super close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I love the place I love the set and that the pool was right in the back of our complex all we had to do was go out the back door and we was right there at the pool love it.. But wat I didn't lke was that the TV didn't work nor the oven nor the ice marker and the the up stairs bedroom with the sliding glass door didn't not lock but bedside tht my family love it...」

「nice property close neighbors」

「Thank you! You were a fantastic host. House was clean. Great communication. As a property manager I would recommend you without hesitation. 」

「The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine. 」

「We had an amazing stay! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, which made our stay even more relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...
