Rhe ceiling in the living room fell down at 4 in the morning. We had to emergently evacuate. Agent didnt offer to belp us fund accommodations. Customer service was non-existent.

Quaint and cozy. Located 10 min from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O’Dome. We loved how we could take our family pets with us too. Putt putt mini golf in the backyard made for a fun activity. Communication with the owner was always prompt and they were very courteous to make sure our stay was comfortable

Jungle house and alien mini golf!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near UF for my orientation weekend. I stumbled upon this “jungle house” and the mini golf is what immediately caught my eye! Marlon made the check-in and check out process seamless, providing all the steps and information needed to enjoy our stay! The house is adorably decorated, was dog friendly for our black lab, and the mini golf in the backyard was awesome and such a cool setup! Thanks again for hosting us, we will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay for a UF Weekend Visit

I had a lovely stay while visiting my daughter at UF for the weekend. The host was fantastic—great communication and very accommodating. The house itself was adorable, clean, and cozy. Its location was perfect, just 10-15 minutes to everything we needed, including the UF campus. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Gainesville!

House Okay; Yard Not.

House was okay, but the yard is in need of serious attention. It is mostly sand and weeds, and many shrubs, trees, and bushes need either severe trimming or removal. If I were the owner, perhaps my biggest concern would be the vines growing on the house itself. They certainly need to be removed.

Wow!!

What a perfect perfect place!! Cute, quaint, perfectly appointed! AND coffee!! We just love our little bungalow. After being kicked out of our previous rental a day early(hmm I thought March had 31 days) Marlon was kind enough and had availability a day early! Bless his heart! Mini golf was a hoot!! Relaxed and enjoyed the property, and the local restaurants! Absolutely a perfect place! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

A Gainesville Gem

The house is cozy, clean, and stylish, with thoughtful touches like games and snacks.The backyard was definitely the highlight, featuring mini-golf, a fire pit, cornhole, and plenty of well-maintained space to relax.It’s on a quiet street that's conveniently close to UF, downtown, and everything we needed.Marlon was super responsive and accommodating too, though everything was already thoughtfully prepared—we checked into a warm space that stayed cozy during one of the coldest weekends here!Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent Host!!! (The house is pretty great too.)

Marlon was an amazing host! Communication was excellent and he truly cares about his guests! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! The property is just as described. Clean, cute and fun! I was in town alone for a class at U of F, but I could see this being the perfect property for a family or group of friends to just kick back, relax and enjoy Gainesville! Thank you for sharing your awesome property!!

Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.

Clean and cute home that was loads of fun

This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on things like dishwasher tablets - there were plenty available. That alone is wonderful already, and I haven't even mentioned the mini-golf and fire pit in the backyard (with a bundle of wood included). I'm not even kidding when I say my kids (6 and 10) loved those so much that when we left after our spring break ended their favorite part of all of spring break was the nights at this house (we had stayed at beach houses in Destin and done other touristy things throughout Florida). They even asked to come back again because they loved it so much. At checkout they their requests were so reasonable! they asked that your dishes are in the dishwasher and a cycle started, but they don't ask you take out the trash or do any of that other giant list of cleaning that is typical of these homes. You can tell they want their guests to have a relaxing time, and I really appreciate their efforts. I would 100% stay there again, and truly wish them the best.

Great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for - quiet and clean. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of having shampoo, body wash & hand soap in the bathroom, as well as dish soap, sponge & even complimentary coffee in the kitchen! Thanks for providing a Keurig machine. We use one at home and usually miss it when we travel, but not this time. Also the fenced in back yard was great for our little dog. Owner was easy to communicate with and instructions on access to the house, the tv & wifi were all very clear. Overall great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
