「The room and property as a whole was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The basic amenities like coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. are all standard quality. The hallways and the room smelled a little smokey, but were very clean and no stains on the sheets. I wish that the breakfast included a protein like eggs or sausage, but everything else was good. Parking was free. Overall, a great stay and would absolutely consider staying again if in the area.」

「Kimberly was extremely friendly upon check in after driving 12 hours. Answered questions and provided 2 doggy gift bags filled with treats and toys. Clean spacious room. Prompt refills for breakfast and lots of choices. Convenient right off the highway. Not much for anything to do right in the immediate area but not too far to things.」

「Parking was well lit, close and ample. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. While the hotel proper held beautiful elements of it's almost 200 year history, the rooms themselves were basic Hampton Inn variety. It didn't bother us in the least. Breakfast was about what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. I found the choice for kielbasa sausage as a meat option, versus bacon and breakfast sausage, a little odd for breakfast, but it was good. I wish they'd had grits or biscuits...

「Breakfast was what we expected - basic continental breakfast. Room was decent but the bathroom wasn’t clean when we checked in. Overall convenient - right off the highway, plenty of parking. Good for a quick overnight stop on a long roadtrip. 」

「The hotel is close to downtown Lexington. The hotel walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the hall to the adjacent rooms. The room was a good size and we had the Mountain View’s from the window. Beds were comfy. Breakfast didn’t have many options. The reception staff was very nice.」

Only problem was a noise coming from the vent all night that kept me up, I informed staff and they were going to address it. Otherwise, great stay and would stay again.」

The heat system was very noisy, and had a continuous high pitch while running, as did the refrigerator. The breakfast was well stocked and was clean. The staff person did an excellent job of refilling supplies, when needed. The parking area seemed secure and safe. Overall, the hotel was very nice.」
