The rooms are small but very pretty and charming; the $5 breakfast is good; and we like their Larks restaurant. We always break our trips from Portland to California here, and it is always a delight. "The staff were friendly and accommodating! We always enjoy staying here, the water slide is a perk! We had the pullout sleeper sofa in our room, and the only thing I would say is that I wish it had a cover. We did utilize sheets and put bedding on it but a cover that stays on it all the time seems like it would be more sanitary. This is our go to stay when visiting the Medford area! "
